Practising for Peace Dojo
South of France, 2019
9 April at 6pm to 12 April at 2pm

(or for a 1 day discovery on 10th only)

Turning the wasted conflict energy

into a force for peace

and well-being for everyone

For all information in French

"This workshop was for me an opportunity to develop - by the body and the spirit, by the movement, the presence, the consciousness - the concrete manifestation of my choice to be at peace with others."

"An art of dodging the attack that allows you to choose to stay in touch with the "attacker" without fleeing, without being inhibited and without counter-attacking. And to offer him another way of being in connection with him. It is an art that I discovered and that is useful to me."

Luc-André D., a participant in the Dojo in April 2018

We become what we practice!

You are invited to a 1 to 3-day residential workshop, in a very beautiful environment, to practice together different approaches around the posture of leadership for oneself and others as a "Peace Practitioner".

In the midst of the challenges, complexities and demands of modern life, this workshop offers an opportunity to explore ways of working from an space of peace and strength.

The Dojo

What is the "Practice for Peace" dojo for warriors of the heart?

The Dojo means a place to practice for your life.

‘How do I strengthen my practice of peace to respond

to uncertain and fragile times

in our ever changing world?’

Exploring personal leadership and inner strength for practising to act more wisely.

  • How can I nourish and strengthen myself so that I can continue to work for a more peaceful and sustainable world?

  • How can I use my power consciously for wiser action?

  • How can we restore balance and center to act courageously for the world?1

Who is this for?

This dojo workshop is intended for those who wish to contribute to more humanity, peace and consciousness in the world. Especially:

  • entrepreneurs acting in organizations, cooperatives and various businesses,

  • entrepreneurs who are emerging and want to embark on a new adventure,

  • employees (including managers, leaders, etc.) who want to become change agents in their organization, regardless of their nature or size,

  • students, professors or consultants who wish to strengthen their capacity to develop a horizontal organization,

  • all those who have already participated in a dojo of this nature or an Art of Hosting workshop and wish to strengthen their practice and physically embody the posture of the host.

The Dojo

In this dojo, we will:

  • Work to cultivate inner clarity, balance and wise action.

  • Bring together the principles and practices of Aikido basics as a stimulus for conversation and reflection.

  • Explore ways of engaging and aligning personal passion and purpose with the work we want and need to be doing in the world.

  • Offer an opportunity to focus on improving our sense of well-being in good company and with informed guidance.

  • Work with the Flow Game to sow personal clarity and wiser action.

Through this approach we will work from a place of stillness, peace and inner strength.

“The Flow Game was THE "revelation" and the craze for me! To the point that I applied for a training session to become a FLow Game "host". The Flow Game or how to reveal yourself and others, during a simple and powerful game, bringing together a small group of participants. The potential, the clarity that can be found in us are immense. After 3 hours or more of exchange .... brilliant eyes, open hearts, an unforgettable moment of intense communion!"

Gerard B. a participant in the Dojo in April 2018

Some thoughts on fees
We want it to be possible for anyone who sincerely wants to step into this dojo and practice their passion to come. This means we are encouraging everyone who can to pay the full fee as this will provide the strongest economy for this to happen. This is why we kept it to the very minimum. We are also warmly encouraging early registration for the same reasons.

The practice of generosity
If you can pay the full fee plus make a gift of any size this will go towards sponsoring someone else’s participation. We particularly hope those on low incomes and young people/students can benefit from this generosity in the practice of peace.

If you cannot afford the full fee, please get in touch. We will absolutely do what we can to make it possible for you to join us. Think about what sort of contribution you can make to honour the experience and training being given. If you would like to speak to someone about a scholarship please email and we will get back to you.

After Registration

Once you have registered and completed the payment, you will receive confirmation of your place at the Dojo including some questions.

We design the Dojo based, also, on your answers to these questions. Please help us meet your needs by submitting them!
